Shipping & returns

Shipping

Every order ships for a flat rate of $14.95, and shipping is free on orders over $250.00. The rate is calculated on your subtotal after any discounts and shown in the cart before you pay.

We ship to US and CA. In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Large wholesale orders may ship via freight; we'll contact you to arrange delivery if that's the case.

Returns

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Installed, modified or damaged items can't be returned. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to send back. We'll send instructions and a return address within one business day.

Warranty

Faucets, sinks and handles carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and corrosion under normal use. Hinges and drawer slides carry a 5-year warranty. Warranty claims are handled by replacement; contact us with photos and your order number.
