›What are your products made of?
Solid stainless steel, with no plated brass or zinc parts. The exact grade for each product is listed in the specifications on its product page.
›How does bulk pricing work?
Most products have quantity breaks (typically at 10 and 50 or 100 units). The price ladder is shown on every product page and the lower price is applied automatically in your cart — no code required. Breaks are per SKU.
›How do I get dealer pricing?
Apply on the Become a Dealer page with your business details and resale or tax ID. Once approved, log in and your dealer prices appear on every product, in the cart and at checkout. Volume breaks still apply on top.
›What does shipping cost?
Flat rate $14.95 per order, free on orders over $250.00. We ship to US, CA. Orders ship in 1–2 business days.
›Can I return hardware?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Installed or modified hardware can't be returned, but all products carry our warranty against defects.
›Do you offer samples?
Yes. Order a single unit of any handle, hinge or slide at the single-unit price — most customers do this before a large order. Contact us for faucet samples on larger projects.
›Is my payment information safe?
Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout page. Your card details never touch our servers.
›Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where we're required to collect it. Approved wholesale accounts with a valid resale certificate can be set up tax-exempt — contact us.
